World Metrology Day
Every year on May 20 the world
celebrates World Metrology Day (World Metrology Day).World Metrology Day began to celebrate in 2001 by
UNESCO. In Russia, it came
a little later - in 2004. According
to tradition, on the eve of World
Metrology Day message
published in the press of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures for
the metrological community.
The World Metrology Day project is currently realized jointly by the BIPM and the OIML together with PTB International Technical Cooperation.
